Retail experience design

 
 

I love brand experience (and shopping).

So I coupled my first-hand consumer knowledge with my adoration for spacial design, brand articulation, and architecture. As I crash-coursed my way through some industry lingo (french cleat. cairn. FTL. cashwrap. vignette. punch. on and on), I was able to apply my client success background and managed The North Face program from concept design, to engineering, to responsible sourcing, to production, to rollout. 

Along the way, I’ve become passionate about retail circularity and how change comes from the top. From the material we use, to the way we manufacture, to the way we transport - it’s up to larger corporations to set the example when it comes to environmental impact. 

And YES, retail is changing. No, it’s not going anywhere.
