Creative Production

My aim the past couple years with the EYELEVEL brand has been to tell our story and do justice to all we’ve built. As you can imagine, retail experience design is an industry that tends to stay in the shadows - how do we step into our own spotlight?

Alongside the conception of the Design & Innovation department, I sought to produce projects that supported brand marketing, improve internal communications in the form of a functioning intranet, reconstruct all of our public-facing digital entities, refine What We Do messaging, conduct public relations, support strategic partnerships and business development, provide a style guide, better connect and utilize our cultural diversity, produce local and global events - and everything in between.

On November 18, INWK and EL hosted a day-long sustainability summit in the Portland, OR office. The purpose of this gathering was to facilitate some inspiration and education around sustainability as it pertains to community, as well as how we can co-create a framework for sustainability measurements moving forward in the marketing execution world. How can we bring diversity of thinking to tackle a problem that we all face? We kicked the day off with a panel discussion focused on how sustainability and community converge. We invited local thought leaders and sustainability officers to share their perspectives and insights on how we can all affect change together. Karen Lickteig / Marketing and Sustainability Officer at Nossa Familia, Athena Petty / Sustainability Manager at New Seasons, Hunter Shobe / Cultural Cartographer and Associate Professor at PSU and Britt Howard / Founder and Owner of Portland Garment Factory. Moderated by Ben Jensen, Director of Design and Innovation at EYELEVEL.
